TERMS + CONDITIONS
​​Bookings + Payments
All bookings are to be made via phone, text or email. By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information. Once your booking is accepted and confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by SMS or email.

All individual treatment payments are due at the end of your treatment payable by card or cash.
​
For all corporate, events + group bookings the client is responsible for full payment of the applicable fee via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
It is also the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure the massage therapist has access to the designated premises which must, in all cases, represent a suitable space in which the massages can be performed, with all appropriate facilities. Ensure individuals participating in the massages have completled the consent forms. Ensure the. health and safety of the therapist while at the designated premises.

Booking Cancellations + Changes
If something comes up + you need to cancel or change your booking this can be done via phone, text or email.
Individual treatments- if you cancel within 24 hours from your scheduled booking time, 50% of the booking fee is payable.

Corporate, events + group bookings- if you cancel at least 5 days before your booking, no fees will be incurred. Any time less than that can be discussed.
If you cancel within 24 hours from your scheduled booking time, 50% of the booking fee is payable.
If no notice is given, the full amount of your booking fee is payable.

A cancellation fee within these time frames is charged as compensation as therapists have committed that time to your booking + does not allow sufficient time to be able to provide massages at another booking if you cancel with short or no notice.

Therapists
All massage tnherapists employed by Revive + Restore are qualified, have Professional Indemnity, Public + Pruducts Liability Insurance, First Aid + CPR, Massage Association Membership + Police Check.

Gift Cards + e-Gift Cards
For bookings + enquiries please call 0402 446 675 or email nardia@reviveandrestore.com.au Gift Cards can be redeemed towards any Revive + Restore Massage Therapy treatments. To redeem your eGift Card or Gift Card provide your Gift Card’s code during checkout. This card does not expire. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Not redeemable for cash. Not to be used for the purchase of gift cards. No change will be given, any unused balance of a gift card will remain available to the holder of the gift card until fully redeemed. There are no monthly subscription or activation fees to use gift cards. No additional fees will be applied to transactions completed with a gift card, only the payment total will be deducted from the gift card balance.
