Corporate massage reduces stress, relieves muscle tension, pain and headaches and increases focus, energy, mental clarity and employee productivity.

SEATED 

Performed in a quiet space or separate room, with the person sitting on a massage chair designed to take the weight off the spine and give easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms.

If set up in a separate room it includes relaxing background music and aromatherapy room spray.

The massage is done over the clothes and does not require oils or creams.

Massages can be 5-30 minutes per person depending on how you want to divide your time.

TABLE

If you have the time and space in a separate room, then table massage is a great way for employees to receive a true relaxation or deep tissue experience, with relaxing background music and aromatherapy room spray.

A minimun of 20-30 minutes per person is recommended.

ROAMING

If you have limited space or you work in an industry where you prefer employees to remain at their desks, then massages are performed in their own chairs so no additional equipment is required. 

Each massage usually goes for around 5 minutes, moving onto the next person without disturbing the working environment.
